With the help of our partners and friends in Africa, we receive the best Berbere and we give them a fair price in return. Our vision is that everyone should be able to enjoy the traditional flavours of East Africa!

Recipe #1
Keep it classic
How to use our Berbere paste for an authentic Zigni or Doro Wot.
- Add 200 grams chicken / beef or vegetables in a pot with two tablespoons of oil.
- Fry for 5 minutes, add the Berbere paste and 250 ml of water and cook til tender.
- Serve with injera or rice

Recipe #2
Make it Veggie
- Cook your favourite vegetables with 2 tablespoons oil.
- Add the Berbere paste and 100 ml water and cook on to your desire.

Recipe #3
Wing it!
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
- Fry your chicken for 8 minutes or till golden brown.
- In the mean time heat up the Berbere paste with 100ml water and set aside.
- Mix it all together and enjoy!

Recipe #4
Spice up your pasta!
- Cook the pasta till its Al Dente.
- Cook your choice of vegetables, add the Berbere paste and 250 ml of diced tomato and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the pasta and parmesan cheese.
- Bon apetito!

Recipe #5
Fish curry!
- Marinate your fish in the Berbere paste for 30 minutes.
- Fry your fish on high heat with your vegetables.
Add 250 ml coconut milk and cook till tender on medium-low heat.

Recipe #6
Barbecue !
- Heat up the Berbere paste with 200ml water and cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Grill your meat/fish or vegetables to your desire.
- Glaze your meat/fish or vegetables with the Berbere paste and grill for an extra 10 minutes.
